Which private-event package fits my group?
Gatherer offers reserved seating for 8–15 guests. Adventurer offers a semi-private experience for 15–30 guests. World Builder gives you exclusive use of the venue, with a planning range of 30–75+ guests. Tell us your guest count and plans so we can confirm the right fit.
Will the bar be open to other guests?
For Gatherer and Adventurer events, the bar continues serving other guests. World Builder buyouts reserve the entire venue exclusively for your event, whether you book a three-hour window or a full night.
How do I get a quote for my event?
Send us your preferred date, event type, estimated guest count, and any food or drink preferences. We’ll help you choose a package and put together a quote for your event.
Can we personalize our event?
Yes. Gatherer includes a personalized event sign. Adventurer adds a personalized menu header and coordinator assistance. World Builder adds a custom cocktail package, music customization, screen use, a custom timeline, and vendor coordination. Premium entertainment options and early decorating access can be discussed when planning.
Can I host a holiday party or corporate event?
Yes. Adventurer works for corporate events, client parties, and holiday gatherings of up to 30 guests. World Builder gives company parties and larger celebrations exclusive use of the venue. Send your date, estimated guest count, and budget to get started.
